and configure inbound/outbound oracle related traffic on the Windows Firewall. You will also install/configure Oracle 11g Client on your Windows 7/8 workstation;
and define connection to the database using SQL*Plus, Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)

AdminI_Lab05 - Using Data Pump & SQL Loader to Move Data
In a typical production environment, there is the constant need to move data from non-oracle source into Oracle
Database as well as move data between Oracle Databases. In this lab, you will use SQL*LOADER and Data Pump
utilities to move a Flat file and a Table. Use the attached script as a guide to designing a UNIX script to
automate the process.

AdminII_Lab06 - RMAN Restore-Recover,loss of Control file and Data file
In this Lab, you will simulate disaster by deliberately deleting 1 control file and 1 data file; and
implementing RMAN restore/recovery steps as well as recreating the Server Parameter file to get your
database working again. You will also multiplex control file and redo log on a new disk as part of
your disaster recovery strategy.

In this Lab, you will clone a copy of ORACLE HOME from Production (Prod) Server to Development (DEV) Server.

AdminII_Lab08 - Install ASM Instance plus Oracle 11GR2 Database
In this Lab, you will be installing and configuring Grid Infrastructure for Automatic Storage Management
(ASM) to administer disk groups in a UNIX platform. ASMLIB will be used to mark the disks for the ASM Instance.
Oracle 11gR2 database would then be installed on the ASM File System.

AdminII_LAB09 - Applying Patches to Oracle Database
In this Lab, you will apply a patch to Oracle version 11.2.0.1.0 upgrading it to version 11.2.0.3.0 using the opatch utility. The opatch utility must be upgraded to the latest version before the patch is applied.
